Developing human resource dispatch and introduction services for external companies

Risorma Plus Co., Ltd. was established as a human resource dispatch company for the Maguchi Group, and is currently developing human resource dispatch, fee-based employment introduction, and outsourcing businesses for approximately 200 external companies, mainly in the Kansai region. While carefully confirming the needs of our customers, our experienced sales staff will provide appropriate human resources.

In the temporary staffing and fee-based employment placement businesses, we are developing the dispatch and placement of not only Japanese but also global human resources, including Vietnamese and Nepalese, with a focus on the manufacturing, logistics/warehousing, food manufacturing, and clerical domains.

We aim to be a company that is trusted by both job seekers and employers by making proposals from various angles in order to become a bridge between the two.
