Maguchi Group is a integrated logistics company composed of 38 group operating companies (including 9 Division Companies) under the pure holding company, Maguchi Group Inc.
Maguchi Group was founded in 1901 as a specialized harbor transportation company based in the Port of Osaka, and is a long-established company in the harbor industry, having been engaged in shipboard cargo handling, coastal cargo handling, and warehousing.
Since the 1960s, we have participated in the construction of logistics systems for our customers in the distribution industry, such as supermarkets, and are currently expanding our business from distribution centers to stores and home deliveries.
In recent years, with the changing business environment of the distribution industry, we have expanded our business to include the display and processing of products on consignment, as well as the production of agricultural products and the intermediate wholesaling and retailing of flowers.
We will continuously strive to adapt to changes in the social environment and participate in new business areas that utilize advanced technologies such as AI and robotics.
In addition , we have offices not only in Japan but also in Hong Kong, to provide our customers with an optimal logistics environment from a global perspective through international intermodal transportation, including port transportation.

The Maguchi Group will celebrate its 125th anniversary on June 10 this year.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our valued customers and business partners for their continued support and trust over the years, as well as to all employees and partners who diligently dedicate themselves to their daily work.
Our company was founded in 1901 (Meiji 34) at the Port of Osaka as a port cargo handling business. Since then, we have expanded into truck transportation, warehouse operations, and inland logistics, and further into international logistics, fresh food processing, and technical logistics. In recent years, we have also entered the fields of construction/maintenance and caregiving/nursing services, providing a wide range of services that support society and daily life.
Our 125-year journey reflects the spirit of our predecessors, who preserved what must not change while boldly taking on what needed to evolve. Inheriting this spirit, we are working toward building a stronger business foundation and pursuing new transformations for the future under the initiative 125MX (125th Maguchi Transformation).
Amid changes in market structures, demographic shifts, and rapid technological innovation, the business environment is undergoing a major transition. However, we believe these changes also present opportunities to create new value.
